85mm Portrait Series

 

For 2012 to 2014, I focussed on a series of close-up portrait shots using an 85mm lens. I looked for subjects with the most striking features (eyes, hair, freckles, piercings).

 

The concept was to convey the way I see natural beauty in these people I came encountered through friends or events.
